Nick Stringer

I have spent 20+ years in tech public policy and regulatory affairs, led global development at the Trustworthy Accountability Group (TAG), combating digital advertising crime and promoting brand safety.

 

I pioneered the UK Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB UK), championing optimal policies at national and EU levels, including advocacy on data privacy legislation. My varied experience includes roles at Orange (now EE) and in the UK Parliament.

As an avid gamer, with a background in law and politics,  I am passionate about my role as Director of Public Policy at MGI. I interpret a breadth of policy issues, from competition, to consumer protection, to online privacy and safety, and filter it through a mobile and casual gaming lens.  
 
I am fortunate to be able to work with and represent some of the biggest players in the gaming industry, helping them understand the complex global regulatory framework and working with them to provide industry with a unified voice.

I have been part of MGI since it was founded in 2019. I’ve helped to build our membership and support in our on-going growth.

 

My background in hospitality and operations allows me to look after our clients needs every step of the way, from initial sign-up; communications; events; and account management, to general on-going support.
